1 can (13.5 Fl. oz./400mL) coconut milk
3 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1 Tsp vanilla
2 Tbsp maple syrup
1-2 Tbsp honey
Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan and whisk. Serve immediately, in a real mug. ;)
There is a lot of room to play here with sweetness and chocolatey-ness. Play with the amounts to find what works for you!
This recipe can also be made with your favourite almond, soy, or regular (non-canned) coconut milk.
