Easy Mixed Bean Salad

Ingredients

1 can mixed beans (I use this tri-bean blend)
1/4 small red onion, diced
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tsp chopped fresh parsley (optional)
salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix.
