Easy Smoked Salmon Breakfast Bagel

1 bagel (2 halves)


1 whole-wheat bagel
1 ripe avocado
1 small package (200g/7 oz) smoked salmon
1/4 red onion, sliced
2 tsp capers
1/2 lemon


1. Toast bagel.

2. Spread avocado on each side (like cream cheese!)

3. Lay 3 or 4 slices of smoked salmon on top.

4. Add onion and capers according to preference.

5. Squeeze a bit of lemon juice on top and enjoy!
