Ingredients

2/3 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
1/3 cup good quality mayonnaise (I use this one)
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (dried works too)
salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and enjoy!
