1.5 lb new potatoes
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp seasoning salt
1 tsp dried or fresh rosemary
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp pepper
1. Preheat oven to 400F.
2. Cut potatoes in halves or thirds, depending on size.
3. Place in medium sized bowl and add remaining ingredients.
4. Toss to ensure all potatoes are well coated.
5. Place on large baking sheet (use aluminum foil for quick clean up) and bake in oven for 40 minutes.
I often make these for dinner to go with steak or salmon and green beans. In the morning I use any leftovers as hash browns, as they go great with breakfast too!
