My Go-To Workout Sites




I recently had a request from a friend for yoga and workout sites that I use to stay in shape. It’s no secret that I do a lot of yoga (both at home and at studios), and I supplement that with hiking, running (sometimes, haha), and at home workouts. This week I’ll keep it short and sweet and give you my go-to websites for different kinds of workouts! Most of them are free or almost free.

For yoga:

If for some reason I can’t make it to the studio but still want a structured class, I’ll use:

It’s completely free and has classes from beginner all the way to advanced. You can also choose if you want a quick 15 minutes class, a full hour, or anything in between. I also love that a lof of the videos are filmed here in the Pacific Northwest!

I’ve also heard great things about:

Yoga with Adriene - http://yogawithadriene.com/ (Free)

Yoga108 - https://oneoeight.com/ (Free 10 day trial, then $14/month)

For Working Out at Home:

My absolute favourite trainers are Karena and Katrina from https://www.toneitup.com/. They’re a duo from Southern California who provide short, effective, and free workouts online. Most of their videos are filmed right on the beach (and in adorable workout gear) to keep you motivated! They also provide meal plans and programs for purchase.

Here’s a 15 minute full body workout you can do with just dumbbells:

Pinterest! It has some amazing quick and easy workouts, as well as lots of motivation to keep you focused on your goals.

If you start doing short at-home workouts three times a week, you'll notice an increase in endurance, fat loss, and overall health in just a few short weeks!
